How to add a 2-year protection to your ride with REDLINE SHINE.

Preparation

The better the preparation, the better the shine. While we formulated Redline Shine to be the easiest ceramic coating to apply, there still are a few prep steps.

1. Decontaminate
Rinse your car. Foam your car or use a bucket and microfiber mitt to wash your car with our Decon Wash. Rinse the car.

2. Clay
This step is highly recommended. We recommend using a Clay Block or Clay Mitt with our Clay Lube. Claying the car helps mechanically remove any other built up contaminants.

3. Dry
Fully dry the car. A blower helps make sure all crevices, mirrors & windows are fully dried. We don’t want that water to drip down while applying. If using a microfiber towel let the car sit for a 1 hour.

4. Scratch Removal
We recommend using Reverse for light paint correction of scratches, spider webs or other imperfections. It applies by hand. If you use Reverse or a machine polisher, make sure to fully wipe away all of the polish before application.

Application

The better the preparation, the better the shine. While we formulated Redline Shine to be the easiest ceramic coating to apply, there still are a few prep steps.

1. Apply
Apply product to microfiber applicator then apply onto to surface. Extended flash times allows easier application so you can do larger areas at one time.

2. Flashing
The coating should take around 60 seconds to flash depending upon weather. The more cold or dry, the longer the flashing will take. Do a small test area to see how long flashing will take for you. On lighter cars, apply to the window and look for it to flash as a reference.

3. Wipe Off
Wipe off residue with a microfiber towel. Once you wipe off, you’re done. The coating has "perfect level technology" so you don’t need to check for high spots.

4. Curing
Let the car sit & cure for at least 6 hours without getting water or moisture. Up to 24 hours without water or moisture will help provide the best results.
