How to Disinfect and Sanitize Your Car Interior (Without Ruining It)

In wake of the Coronavirus, we are all cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing more than ever.  But most household cleaners can RUIN vehicle interiors.

In this video Roadshow covers the best ways to clean and disinfect your car without damaging it.

Summary: No to bleach, yes to benzalkonium chloride; follow dwell time on bottle. Use on key fob, interior & exterior door handles, touchpoints - rearview mirror, wheel, knobs, touchscreen (careful with chemicals), seat belts, window tint blocks UV so lets virus live easier.

We actually have an antimicrobial cleaner in the works that kills viruses and eliminates odors. It has no alcohol so it's safe on car interior. It also protects surfaces for up to 24 hours. The issue? It's expensive to produce, so it wouldn't be cheap. Let us know in the comments if that's something you'd be interested in.

In this state of public freak out ; I really think that even if you sell it at a low gross margin …you will still make a good profit. Just be sure to inform folks you are selling it low as a service to the country; but that prices will go up eventually.
